Delivery Policy
Upon payment confirmation and subject to availability, your requests will be processed within 5 days. You will receive a delivery confirmation through email or phone call. Our dedicated team handles deliveries within Gauteng and nearby regions, while a courier service is utilized for the rest of South Africa.
Return and Refunds Policy
The availability of goods and services is a crucial factor. If a product or service becomes unavailable, Choice Furniture will promptly refund the full amount within 30 days. Please note that order cancellations will incur a 20% administration fee. Orders are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects that cannot be rectified.
